Follow the hilarious adventures of four foul-mouthed comic book and table-top gaming geeks - Rudy, Finn, Jason and Toby - who are down trodden from the drudgery of every day life. But one fateful morning after a freak earthquake, all four of the friends awake with mysterious superpowers. The road towards harnessing their superpowers is long and littered with broken furnature, rope, and dozens of broken eggs, but after coming to grips with their unique super hero abilities, the four comic book nerds take it upon themselves to become masked vigilantes and fight crime in their city, just like the heroes in their comic books. But just like in comic books and super hero movies, super heroes have super villains.

Ethan is destroying everything he touches with his super strength, Jason is moving objects with his mind thanks to his telekenesis, Finn is stealing girl scout cookies with his power of suggestion, and Toby realizes he’s not dead, or a vampire, he has the power to turn invisible.

Jason, Ethan, Finn and Toby are playing a table-top RPG while discussing the terrible day they all had. Ethan, who works security, overzealously confronted a drunk in the movie theater parking lot. Finn lives with his overbearing mother while writing filler articles for the Milton Times newspaper, which a more successful college friend rubs in his face. Toby’s unemployed and is living with Jason, who is 'dating' Toby’s sister. Live can’t get much more mundane until an earthquake shakes up their worlds forever.

But the fateful morning after a night of tabletop gaming and a freak earthquake, all four of the friends awake with mysterious superpowers... And no way to control them.
Rudy (Ethan Wolfe) is gifted with super strength; Finn (Brian Lewis of "The Gamers: Dorkness Rising" and "JourneyQuest") can control people's minds with his hypnotic power of suggestion, Jason (Brandon Jared) can move objects with his mind (telekenesis), and Toby (Mark Burton) has the power of invisibility.
