Hey guys, this is GameJams, the official CheshireCatStudios video game remix podcast where you request your songs and have them played, and I usually don't talk before the first song but holy SHIT do we have an epic playlist for you today! I'm basically making another episode this week along with the one from last week to make up for the fact I didn't make one while I was away from Springbreak, so this one is for you guys! So without further ado, I'm not even gunna waste any more time! Buckle in tight, we're in for an adrenaline-pumped hour!
I told you, we're not messing around this episode! That was the beautiful "Jiggly Choir" by Dragonavenger, and that was from Pokemon Red. Jigglypuff is, without a doubt, the most badass character in the Smash Bros series, as well as Pokemon in general, and it can outmacho anybody any day of the week! You like fighting as Star Wolf in Brawl? PFF, that's nothing compared to the might of the Puff! You want to use Hitmonlee to take down this normal-type powerhouse? In your dreams! DON'T MESS WITH THE PUFF! But coming up next, we have a rockin' anthem from the hit game Tecmo Bowl, where it's up to the heroics of a dude in a green skirt to save the world from an evil pig and save some fat princess. They also threw in some professional curdling and fishing minigames, so we have a classic on our hands! This next remix is also brought to you by the musical Guru Vurez, so get ready for some headbangin' like you've never done before!
While our last remix "Touchdown Hoedown" was playing, my intern told me that I mixed up my information a little bit. You see, Tecmo Bowl did not feature the lad in the green skirt, The Legend of Zelda did, and that game was released for the Sega Master System in the 90's. I'm also aware that it did not feature professional curdling as a minigame. Wow, that game sounds like it sucked. Oh well, at least we got the iconic phrase "All your Triforce are belong to us," so at least there's that! So without further ado, here is a remix from The Legend of Zelda called "Rabbit Joint Cover," and it was created by The Rabbit Joint.
Pootispenser here indeed! That was an epic masterpiece from the crossover game of the century, Team Fortress 3: Popstar, where the adorable hero Kirby joins the squad from Team Fortress 2 as they try to stop Metaknight, save the world, and then endlessly shoot other teams who wear different colors! That remix was called "Team Star," and it was remixed by wazgul! But now, we're going to honor one of the most beautiful gaming themes ever to grace the human ears, and it's from the game "Conker's Bad Fur Day." I couldn't tell you what emotions I felt when I heard this remix for the first time, because they were all so overwhelming, so I want you to join me in reaching Nirvana with this fantastic remix that was created by ilpo!
Bond. James Bond. Didn't that remix remind you a lot of Goldeneye? Oh well. Anyway, we're sadly reaching the final song of the episode because my intern informed me that we had to keep this way under an hour… we spent all of the funds on a diamond-encrusted Jacuzzi from all of the ad revenue we've been receiving. But before we go to it, we have an important service announcement: listen up kids, this stuff's important! This was GameJams, the official CheshireCatStudios video game remix podcast where you request your songs and have them played! How do you request a song? It's easy! Just head on over to the CCS forums and make a request in the GameJams request thread, or leave a comment below! But now, to play us out, we have a theme from Pokemon Gold, "My Greatest Rival," remixed by me and my musical genius! …. Okay, it was remixed by Jaroban, Matt Beckenmeyer, Fishy, Sam Cooper, Vralia, Jocelyn Holst, Dj. Krispy and Chris Stibrany. It was worth trying, right? But I hope you enjoyed this epic 20-or-so minutes of mayhem, and we hope you've laughed, cried, and slightly vomited in your mouth, and we'll see you next time, on GameJams!
