since this is trying to be a place of sharing ideas I thought I would show you some of the web comics I waste my time on and that I check almost every week (or every new comic):

Dark Legacy Comics Updated once a week. For all those World of Warcraft players, this comic hits home to a lot of stuff that goes on in game. One of the very few that stay Alliance side.

Penny Arcade Updated 3 times a week. I would like to think that we are following them in some cases but, we dont have a comic and they dont do reviews (at least I dont think they do). Sometimes they are really funny. Sometimes its just plain stupid.

Control Alt Delete (CAD) Updated 3 times a week. This guy does some reviews and really partial to the X-box. I love how he says that if he were to build a PS3 robot it would be gay. He pretty much goes off on a story line with some interjections of stand off and 1 time cracks at games / life.

Red vs Blue Updated 3 times a week. I really started going there for the mechanimation of red vs blue (which is a funny series) and then they started to branch out. The comic is alright but, when they come out with the videos thats when they really start being funny. If you have never heard of these guys go visit the site and try and watch the old stuff so you can catch up with what is going on.

Digital Pimp Online Updated once a week for each comic (7 different comics). There are two here that I would like to point out and the rest of them I never got into. Matriculated and Joe likes Crappy movies. Matriculated is about some college students. on a rare occasion it can be pretty funny but I just like the story line. Joe likes crappy movies is pretty funny since he makes fun of just about any and every movie out there. I have not read them all but I have read most of them.

Looking for Group Updated twice a week. Based off of WoW but, not even close to any of the story lines. He has his own really good story line with really good characters (Richard is great, look for his imp: Hctib Elttil). He even has a link to his other comic that he writes:

Least I could do Updated 7 times a week. And thank goodness for a new comic every day. this guy is hilarious and his comic is great. This one is my second favorite but, one I enjoy reading every time I get a chance.

Hope you guys find something new and something that you like.

The Slackerz - Insane gaming comic that is funnier than hell. The comic is complete randomness that centers around the writer and artist, or stickfigures, or Johnny Turbo (90's failed TurboGrafx spokesman).
GOOD EXAMPLES:

http://www.theslackerz.com/index.php?nav=Comic&Page=67

BiggerThanCheese - More absurdity. No real story-plot, three or four consistant characters, pretty bad artwork, but it's so bizarre and funny you can't not like it.

Platinum Grit - Just started reading. Flash/Shockwave Australian comic. It's about a rich nerd and his abusive girlfriend; the rest of the plot is all over the place. The art is fantastic and some of the humor is great, but the comic is a little hard to follow. I like bizarre webcomics in the sense that they are hilariously absurd, but this is just absurd. Still, a good story and great character development. Oh yeah, and lots of sex.

VGCats.com - Favorite video game web comic since college. The humor is spot on, the later art is fantastic, characters are over the top and it's just an overall fun read. Hasn't been updated since forever.

Two of my guilty pleasures :D

Snafu Comics
Includes comics by the infamous BLEEDMAN who is extremely apt at taking established, somewhat modern animated characters (powerpuff girls, nightmare before christmas, et al) and combining them together to make very awesome adventures. His art is also amazing.

Grim Tales from Down Below BLEEDMAN comic featuring a lot of dark characters (Spawn, Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas, Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and shows like them). It is a very epic story that is a little dark in places but still very good and deserves to be made into a real comic.

Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi BLEEDMAN's first popular comic. Characters include the Power Puff Girls, Dexter's Laboritory, Invader Zim, Samurai Jack, Johnny Bravo and a lot of other Cartoon Network characters. All of the art is in a more anime style but the great story is what counts right?

Finally a comic not made by BlEEDMAN but still one of my guilty pleasures:
Las Lindas
This comic is very heavy on the FURRIES (anamorphic man/animals [mostly women]) but is still amazingly drawn and characters are well developed. It is a story about Mora who is trying to save her farm and the people -errrrr... kind of- that end up helping her. It sounds boring but there is a lot going on in the comic with each of the characters. There are also some adult scenes in a few places [you see nothing really] so now you are warned.

I also read VG Cats

that is what i read on weekends :D

there are a lot of comics in SNAFU. I took a quick look through the Grim tales and it looks awesome. like witchblade, grim tales, A nightmare before christmas, spawn, and at least one if not two other comics put together. an outstanding job.

I think the guy that writes VG cats is a dick and take a long walk of a short pier with led weights tied to his nuts (if he has any).

Nuklear Power - 8-Bit Theater

The ONLY sprite comic worth reading. A hilarious adaptation of the original Nintendo Final Fantasy game. Black mage is a psycho killer and Fighter is an idiot.

I totally forgot about 8-bit theater. I read like 300 comics but could never catch up and dropped it.

Another one I forgot about is Home Star Runner I really like Strong Bad emails. Watch the one titled Sisters.

Take it all with a grain of salt. Everyone on Encyclopedia Dramatica is a pedophile or a zoophile whether it's true or not.

Holy shit, I actually looked at his Encyclopedia Dramatica page and there might be something to that whole 'anime pedophilia' thing.
