Or 2-on-1 Barney porn with two sexy bisexual cosplay chicks!!

I am uncomfortably conflicted by that picture.

I don't necessarily agree with the first negative review of this film but this very same story is a plagiarism of a previous work of fiction and it is not Dances with Wolves.

Albion
Published: Blue Byte Software, 1995

Albion tells the simple tale of pilot Tom Driscoll, whose shuttle crashes on a strange alien world. Stranded for a time, Tom learns to love the planet and the various aliens that inhabit it, vowing to protect it from his crewmates and colleagues who have come to mine the world for resources.

Albion is a fantastic game that is a lot like early Final Fantasy games and you should download a copy of it because it is now abandonware and legal to download and play.

That's both cool and really creepy. You can see her kitty titties and everything. But I think I'll download this game just for shits on a bored-shitless weekend. Do I need anything else to play it like DosBox?

Sounds just like the big James Cameron vs Harlan Ellison debacle regarding "The Terminator" possibly plagiarizing several concepts created by science fiction master, Harlan Ellison, most notably the Outer Limits episode called "Soldier". The beginning of The Terminator and the concept of two enemies going back in time is pretty much where the 'plagiarism' ends, however James Cameron made the mistake of openly bragging to a national magazine that he stole the idea from aforesaid Outer Limits episodes, which didn't help him and it was all settled out of court.

So did James Cameron, who has borrowed concepts for his movies in the past, ever play Albion (Avatar?) or is the universe at the point where humanity has tapped the well-of-original-ideas dry and anything you can imagine has already been done?

*Glancing at the trailer for the new "Yogi Bear movie"*
A mystery indeed.

I have played Albion.
Just kidding.

What are the odds that James Cameron found such a little known video game and made a movie that is very close to it?

Actually, the odds are pretty slim like you seem to suggest, however the pictures and the overall plot are damn close to identical. Apparently in Albion the catlike people also have an organ that can connect to other people's thoughts. Wow. Maybe someone on his team either played or had something to do with this game.

More Albion information: http://www.bluebyte.net/eng/products/albion/index.htm

I Googled Albion and Avatar and found there there is another game that parallels Avatar called "Delgo":

If a coincidence is bizarre and unlikely, then it's unlikely that it's just a coincidence, correct?
