You are a day late but it is better to be late than never. There is certainly a lot of buzz about Mortal Kombat Legacy.

AlphawolfX must not be watching the same video I saw. I saw a good fight scene that didn't have all of the slow down and speed up garbage like in a Zach Snyder movie. I think it will be a great series and if it is a prequel then I hope it gets a full movie release after the episodic run.

The episodes will be viewable on Machima's youtube channel April 12. http://www.youtube.com/user/machinima

Im still very very anxious for this series but if that is the teaser trailer, I'm sorry it didnt do anything for me, what we saw those many months ago THAT would have been the better trailer, just sayin. But even though the trailer itself didnt do much I know they are still gonna give us a great series!!!

What we saw months ago was a complete (short but still) film with its own storyline, characters and back-story. Plus, not to mention the fact that it ran for more than 10 minutes, so, no, it wouldn't work as a trailer, for it wasn't supposed to be one but rather intended as sort of a pilot for a future series or even an entire feature film.

I'm not saying your wrong, mind, but, personally, I would've been surprised if they had released a profound and complex fifteen minute trailer a couple of days before the actual show starts. You know, it's only reasonable to keep all the juicy bits within the series :)

Maybe we finally can get a good video game movie if legacy is a success?

Mortal Kombat Legacy is released tomorrow and since there hasn't been any progress on doing a round-table review between CineMax, STAR and myself, I'll be writing my own thoughts on the episode as a mini review. Others are welcome to do the same.

@LaughingMan
I thought we'd start discussing the episode, you know, after its released, but oh well... :? Besides, we can post our "micro-reviews" or "First Impressions" now and then do the Super-Star-Tag-Team-Up-Review after the series ends.

I'm still game for the round table after the first episode is done, but if that's not going to happen, then I'll just write episodic mini-reviews. Strike while the iron is hot, right?

So am I :) Besides, even if the whole Triple-Packed-Super-Action-Review-Thingy doesn't see the light of day in the end, we both can still post our micro-reviews/impressions of every episode, and you could just post them under one entry (you know, the famous CSS "double-review" e.g. Kenny and RITOS' Avatar review, Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, The Devil May Cry Anime Series collaboration and so on and so forth).

I'll do that gladly :D

But what I may do is just keep them on separate pages, but have links to all of the reviews involved. I'd want to do this because putting them all on the same page might cause problems in the new editor program.
