I am reading some articles on DIGG and I've noticed that the trend for anything Tea Party related is the following:

- How A Prankster Plans To Destroy The Tea Party Movement
- 47% of Tea Partiers Pay No Federal Income Taxes
- Foes of tea party movement to infiltrate rallies
- Obama: Tax Protesters Should Thank Me for Tax Breaks!
- Obama Fans Storm Tax Day Tea Party In D.C. (VIDEO)

The news media that is actively attacking the Tea Party movement and promoting the "Crash the Tea Party" activists is the very same news media that promoted "Rights to Protest" during every other protest rally for the last 10 years. In the eyes of modern Liberals, only they have the right to protest.

It is no surprise that the Liberal media is trying to squash the Tea Party movement before it gains any more momentum, since in the Age of Information, misinformation and propaganda is the greatest tool. There have been stories surfacing of people infiltrating Tea Party rallies and pretending to be fanatics, shouting that "Obama was born on the moon!" and deliberately writing signs using bad English grammar, and even going even as far as using racial slurs against the President in order to cast a shadow of ineptitude and bigotry over the Tea Party movement as a whole.

In my eyes, the problem with the Tea Partiers is that they aren't doing enough to make themselves heard. Members of the Tea Party believe that what they are doing will be a gunshot heard around the world, but in reality I feel that their efforts are impotent in the greater scheme of things. America is an Oligarchy where the rich and famous tower over us, passing their laws and reaping the rewards because, like Dante and Virgil in the Fifth Circle of the Inferno, Anger, they have positioned themselves so far out of harm's reach that they are immune from our cries of anger and view us as wretches fighting amongst ourselves in the filth of the river Styx.

In all honesty, do you think that those who are reaping the bounties and riches of the corporations they place in priority above you honestly care about whether or not you will vote for them in the next election? They are, as the mob would put it, "Made Men" where even if they were cast out of office like lepers, they would still have their wealth and business ties to fall back on while you, the voters, would simply elect other Straw Men (ie T. S. Elliott) to repeat the process over again. This two-party political system, this "8 years Republican, 8 years Democrat" cycle, these two heads of the Hydra must be cut off and soldered to keep from regrowing.

It will take the looming threat of the hordes of the angry souls tipping over the boat and dragging Dante and Virgil into the filth of equality to birth any real change in the course of our country. And that angry horde of souls can be the Tea Partiers.

Though I don't condone mobs or violence, I believe that we need to drag our demi-gods from their thrones and force-feed them reality. Even the nearly-forgotten ghosts of our long-dead Founding Fathers would say that they had ways of making their voices heard, even upon the ears of the deaf. Perhaps that is what is needed to wake up those who were sworn to be our representatives; when your bitter words fall upon their deaf ears, you make your meaning more potent and visual.

In the case of American Patriot (and beer brewer) Samuel Adams, he was leader of the New England resistance "The Sons of Liberty" who actively held such rallies as our modern-day Tea Partiers, as well as midnight meetings. However, Samuel Adams and the Sons of Liberty were also very 'proactive' in their work, as they often tarred-and-feathered tax collectors who ignored the warnings sent by the Sons of Liberty.

Sons of Liberty Flag

While the Sons of Liberty were terrorists by their very nature, there was a difference between excessive violence (murder, bombings, etc) of which the SoL did NOT succumb to, and the 'examples' they made of those who believed themselves to be in a position of superiority. Often the Sons of Liberty held rallies and participated in legislature, but they did resort to threats of violence, as well as attacks against British loyalists that generally resulted in beatings.

The Tea Party members must prove that they are not weekend protesters who only will 'turn the other cheek' when they are made a mockery of, or when they are contested by those who lick the crumbs from the tables of the political elite. The Tea Party members MUST show their teeth

The first step would be for the Tea Partiers to put an end to the infiltration in their rallies. When someone holds up a sign that has horrible English, tear it from their hands and make them a better sign. If someone makes such an absurd statement to disrupt you, shout him down until he can't speak. If someone tries to pander to the media's yearning to discredit the movement with bigotry, literally throw him from your crowd and burn his printed rhetoric in front of the news cameras to let the country know that we are intolerant of the intolerant and that the hatred is not the purpose of our angry voices!

If one man casts a stone at you, have two men cast two stones back! If two men cast stones at you, return with four!

That is how we will win.

And really, I'm sick and tired of both sides of the media demonizing the opposing political party that they don't believe in. The Liberals AND Conservatives are both acting like frucking babies when it comes to politics, and they are serving their own agendas instead of actually trying to help the country out of Shit Creek. That's why I want bi-partisanship, so we can end this bullshit and get things done through cooperation. Fat chance that will happen, though.

thats what the tea party is though (or at least my belief of it) not conservative and not liberal. I too am sick of this shit that both parties throw at each other and agree with LM statement:

I agree 100% with Ken. Both parties are too self-absorbed to either A) Do the right thing or B) Actually do something that will help this country. That is why I think that a third political party needs to be formed to get their heads out of their asses.

I think that the Tea Party movements are a clear sign that people all over the political spectrum are getting pissed off and want REAL change, but the Tea Party rallies aren't doing enough to get shit moving. We need a Sons of Liberty group to really scare the shit out of the politicians by, as I stated in my Dante's Inferno comparison, tipping over the boat and dragging the high and mighty down to their level for a taste of reality.
