Well if you don't want ONOE'S opinion then that's fine.
The show has some promise in my eyes.

I like the idea of a animated review show but the jokes are lame in this video but it can be better in time.

Personally, I liked this dude from MakingYouStupid.com, a site that unfortunately has recently passed away:

Has any progress been made on the talent search? Has any one contacted others? Does any one have any suggestions for talented individuals that would be good additions? What of the fellow recommended by Mr. Farino?

I heard back from TripleD this morning. The SparkNotes version as follows:
He really liked our site, and was glad to see that we had set standards. He was flattered that we liked his work.

He is contractually bound to MakingYouStupid.com, which is not dead but is going through prolonged revisions. He's loyal to MakingYouStupid.com (I admire loyalty) so he has to decline for the time being. He did use the phrase "for the time being" so that makes me hopeful for the future.

In the meantime I invited him to (unless contractually bound) post his work in our forums much like the Fellow and Jaimetud do and have done respectively.

Just an update on the TripleD convo:

LaughingMan,
Excellent. I will definitely take you up on that offer of forum posting and, should things take a "downturn" as you put it, you guys will be the first ones I contact.

Cool!

This awesome dude's "Moments in Review" series is currently featured on my website. But, don't let that title fool you. It's not the movie review-type web-series that I know most of you don't have a fondness. It's different, even down to the host presentation.

Check out his YouTube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/RebelTaxi99

I actually saw RebelTaxi's Goodburger Review on your site a while back. He's got a style, that's true. I'll have to take a look around his youtube channel sometime.

I actually looked that video up on youtube hoping it wouldn't be a waste of my time but sadly it was. Can someone tell me the point of arguing the moral implications of any of Nickelodeon's movies?

That Animated review video was only borderline okay because it is chalk full of info but the jokes are lame.

I took a quick look at TGWTG and I found these two popular reviewers that may be worth looking into as well. :)

What do you think of The Animated Reviewer?

Or Rinry's Reviews?

did the same person do both of these reviews?

she was very easy to listen to. The animated reviewer had a really long intro before she got to the review. her review however was pretty good.

Rinry's reviews was good too. again, very easy to listen to. while she gives great examples of who/what/where/why she ends up sounding like an info-mercial.

both of these are decent videos but are type of videos the ones we want to take on at CCS?

They don't appear to be the same girl conducting both reviews. Even though it is suggested that we wouldn't be able to pick up Rinry's series I think that it is beneficial because that show, while interesting, lacked the personality of the animated review of Clock Tower.

One has to start somewhere and there are certainly worse videos out there currently.
