My complaints on the shoddy controls still stand, and just because Star Wars geeks are too busy jerking off to this game and calling nay-sayers 'NOOBS', The Force Unleashed has some elements that needed thoroughly tested before its release. zimes wrote: NEWB--------------------------------------------you--------NOOB Quote: Force Unleashed developer: "Oh, every time you kill enemies you are supposed to do it behind cover or you can indeed get killed by a cutscene." Don't you want to watch the full awesome animation of the Apprentice shooting lightning while your enemies shoot holes in you?" NEWB----------me-------------------------------------------NOOB Quote: Force Unleashed developer: "When you are knocked down, you should have to take forever to get back up and allow enemies to squeeze in lots of extra cheap shots. It works so well in great games like Mario Brothers, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and the classic Sonic games... oh wait...." I did. the star wars developer cracks were great but for some reason you kept on going pass the normal limit of being between noob to newb and went from close to noob to dang near newb status. see? So I assumed that you were being a newb and sucking at the game I haven't downloaded any of the DLC yet. Im waiting on the second game to come out. looks like they have fixed your control issue that you were complaining about and added a second light saber to his arsenal.

ROFL you two are great together. If we put you both in the same room would you get into a fist fight?
The Force Unleashed DLC is very good all around but very short. I really enjoyed the Movie Mission Packs because of the character cameos and the interesting alternate universe outcomes. For instance in the Tatooine mission the STAR WARS introduction looks a lot like the A New Hope title screen except it is called A Fading Hope and it shows the Star Destroyer discarding Leia's ship moments before it explodes. You then proceed to ravage Jabba's Palace while killing Fett and Kenobi. In the Hoth Mission the title is called The Wrath of the Empire and in it you push Luke Skywalker to his mental limits. As Han and the others are trying to escape Hoth, Starkiller uses the force to hold the Millennium Falcon as hostage forcing Luke to turn to the dark side to free his friends. There is a third DLC which I have not purchased yet, primarily because I was not interested in the non-movie expansions for obvious reasons. But outside of the additional Xbox Achievements I would wholeheartedly approve the two movie mission packs.

If we got together he would have his laptop and mic underhand and force me to record for our upcoming series. we both like to push each other to work and this is one way we find fun in doing the work. interesting on the DLC's Im hesitant to buy them just cause I know that the second one is due to come out soon. I wonder if it will include the DLC's for the last game. it would be great if it did.

There was a shortlived rerelease of TFU that included the DLC but it seems to have been pulled in favor of releasing the DLC on XBL and the PSN so I don't believe that it will be included in the sequel.

That's really weird because I just whooped ass in the Force Unleashed downloadable missions after work last night. But you're right, the two movie mission packs are extremely sweet. There is something satisfying about altering the timeline by killing Darth Vader. (Just FYI in the Hoth mission you never see Han Solo or the others, just Luke. Thought I would clear that up.) The third (or first?) DLC pack is when Starkiller, the Apprentice, drops by the Jedi Temple to learn more about his father and their past. Remember in Empire Strikes Back where Luke has to fight Vader in the tree? You have to fight your own dark side and the whole fight is a bitch (again, playing on Hard mode...) The most satisfying thing about the DLC packs is that they unlock all the costumes and light sabers, so naturally I was the Dark Side Apprentice with a black lightsaber, and I was kicking ass and taking names. zimes wrote: nah, we are just like this on the forums and MSN. it makes for great banter back and forth and we both know we are just trying to be ass hats towards one another without anything serious. Yeah, if you think we sound like asses to eachother now, wait until you see our project.
