But if I didn't like making the jokes, etc I would never have done it, or even consider continuing it, but I'm pushing forward because the response has been largely positive and if people got a few good laughs, then it's all worth the effort.
Yeah, I feel the same. I know that there are people who also are starting to enjoy it, and I always get a buzz out of seeing the characters doing stuff. Ultimately I just want to entertain and this is another way for me to do it.

Let me guess - YouTube? If so, then unfortunately I must inform you that you should never rely too much on that site, 'cos while you can run across a couple of adequate people now and then, most of them are just annoying inane punks, to whom the collocation "constructive criticism" sounds as alien and inconceivable as education to some uncouth illiterate backwards Louisiana redneck!
Pretty much :V! We did a review concerning Crash Twinsanity- we were all crash fans and we started as a Crash based forum. However, we had one member who despised the game and desperately wanted to make his opinion heard- and to be honest, while I loved the game, his complaints weren't wrong. My real worries were more that he did it in the very blatant style of mr Plinkett and was pretty much taking the whole handle on it without letting us check it first. But what was the criticism we got from YT? 'OMG HOW DARE YEW HATE ON DEM TWINZANITIESSSSS'. It was a nightmare for me because I'd already made it clear that I personally was a huge fan and was just showing Korusan giving his opinion. Needless to say I felt like I wasn't getting any real feedback on the actual show, so I started putting the name about a bit more. This is the first place to offer some major and thought out criticism towards it.

The quality of the audio varies from time to time, and some people will notice things like that and think they are annoying (I noticed because I make podcasts every two weeks ), so you may want to record all of your lines at once, and make sure that they are all of a good and consistent quality. A step as little as that can go a long way!
Cheers for pointing it out- I'll definitely try that with lines in the future. Sound's something I've been constantly rejigging (one look at my first episode will show how bad it really was) but it still has some niggles, so tips like this are invaluable.

I also noticed that the same clip of Shadow and that evil thingy talking was used... maybe 3-4 times within the review? This is a minor complaint, but that should be avoided because the same footage can get redundant. I'm also confused as to why the screen was black near the end of the review before the skit comes with the cutting of the show's funds.
I agree, I'll get on Kais ass about that and tell him to stop being so lazy with his editing :V See, he edited the actual review, and then I animated the characters and added them in. I suppose cutting corners need to be done right if we're going to cut them at all.

Yeah youre gonna fit in fine! lol And if you ever need some voice work or something let me know I'd be happy to help ^_^
Hey, I'm always open for voice actors- especially voice-actresses! Honestly, we only have one female character, we just don't have a lot of girls on board or volunteering.

By the way, I was just thinking: what if instead of making a standard review show (i.e. Introduction/Footage/Joke/Footage/Sketch/Conclusion/Sketch/Credits), you fellas could've used your characters to, say, touch upon some of the more subtle of this or that game or even the entire video game industry as a general. Or, seeing your review of Shadow the Hedgehod (which, may I remind you, is considered to be the "WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO SONIC EVAH RARWAR!") was more or less positive, your show could, say, serve as a counter-point to most negative reviews by dedicating each episode to finding some good aspects in this or that game!
...actually, I love that idea. I mean, it's pretty much already established in our story that the reviewers/entertainers are pretty much forced into what they do. I can totally see them being forced to do positive reviews about everything bad because it's a 'niche in the market.' Totally on board with that.
Just a question, I'm wondering if I should post a previous episode in this thread, or should I do it in another one? I already know most of the problems with it, but I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to cover. I bring it up because Episode 6 featured the now cut segments, a storyline, each reviewers shtick and an ending involving Boney M. Serious.
