Hello, the name's Face Nelson and I'm new to Cheshire Cat Studios. I heard about this site from a CineMax video. Because I'm new, I'm not sure if you're looking for a certain kind of video review, but here are some of my newer videos of music reviews. I was intending to continue doing music video reviews, although I have done television and movie reviews in the past. Ke$ha - We R Who Who We R http://blip.tv/file/4801050Justin Bieber ft. Jaden Smith - Never Say Never On Blip: http://blip.tv/file/4628928Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3YakEBOPk8

As a forewarning, CCS isn't specifically looking for video reviews unless they differentiate from the norm of the TGWTG formula because there are already too many of those floating about on the internet. If your reviews are unique and make your show special from the rest, then it has a much better chance of succeeding not just on our site, but any other site you want to post on!
(I'm sorry if this post doesn't make sense, my brain is fried)

Are negative reviews of Justin Bieber music videos really necessary? Unless you're an eight year old girl or you are visually impaired you already know how horrible they will be. (I'm sorry if this post doesn't make sense, my brain is fried) Ke$ha - We R Who Who We R My initial impression is that this video does follow the dreaded That Guy formula that the creators and several of the members have little more than contempt for. If you could break away from the theorem in an original and entertaining manner while still justifying your positions we may be more receptive. But what about doing something more interesting than a simple internet review?

Just thought I'd try posting and see what people thought of my reviews in general. I already make them anyway; I don't have anything to lose. Except my dignity, maybe. But if it entertains someone in the process, then I'm happy.

But if it entertains someone in the process, then I'm happy. No worries. We have no problem with people posting their work in the forums. There's nothing wrong with having more content on a site, right? LOL. But for a video series to be featured on CCS it has to undergo evaluation by the key members and contributors in an effort to "trim the fat" or "refine" the series (even my own pet project DANTE VS RAU). We affectionately call this process "The Gauntlet" which oddly seems to scare most people away by its mere mentioning. It's much more tame than people make it out to be, and is just an open constructive criticism period, and NOT an ass-ripping or any sort of public humiliation. The end results speak for themselves, as is the case with GAMEJAMS, in which forum members and Kenny Farino, himself, spent several weeks refining his concept which became a series that, upon its 3rd episode, was already requested by Blistered Thumbs and featured on TGWTG (Blog of the Week, and later premiered on TGWTG). We LOVE original, high production, new web series, such as THE DIRTY DO GOODERS, and we enjoy entertaining videos that "break the mold" or "bring something more to the table" as done recently with CineMax's MOCKBUSTER MOCKERY. But regardless of whether you just want to post your videos for the CheshireCatStudios community, or if you would like some helpful, non-personal, non-attacking constructive criticisms, feel free to ask us. We're probably all insane, but we are civil lunatics... Mostly (ie SWORDFISH). Let us know how we can help!

And I'm never one to turn down constructive criticism, that would be awesome as well (and if it's not going to be done maliciously, all the better). Believe me, I know I can improve. I'm my own toughest critic, but other people can look on my work with fresh eyes and give me their opinions. I don't know if I'll be able to survive "The Gauntlet", but even just small tips would be great. Thank you!
