Hello there, folks. My name is Jaimetud. And for a long time now, I’ve been looking to make some kind of splash in the film world, whether that splash is in the industry or in the wide realm of Internet viewing. Which is why I would like to introduce myself by showing you all episodes of the webshow that I started some time ago.

It’s not entirely a review show, like some of you may be accustomed with, though. It’s more along the lines of being a humorous look at my own personal life. Overtime, though, it did become more of a review show than I had originally planned, not sticking to one particular medium (video games, movies or books.)

So here are all of the episodes of my particular show “Jaimetud” from start to finish. Hope you enjoy them and let me know what you think:

“Jaimetud”
http://jaimetud.blip.tv/

Episode 1: The Search for the Wii
http://blip.tv/play/qSelwS0C

My first episode, shot years ago simply in my room. In this episode, I document my humorous attempts to find a Nintendo Wii around the time of the holidays. Guess how successful I was.

(And just so you know, I DID buy one eventually.)

Episode 2: Working Out For Hollywood
http://blip.tv/play/qSely0cC

In this episode, I’ve just gotten the title role in a friend’s horror film (No kidding) and discuss certain aggravating aspects of the film’s preproduction…All while doing pushups to work out for the role and getting some tremendous B.O.

Episode 3: Yume Penguin Monogatari
http://blip.tv/play/qSeukQkC

My first official review episode and also my first episode with an introduction (Yes, that IS me singing.) “Yume Penguin Monogatari” was a Nintendo game unreleased in the U.S. about a penguin trying to lose weight to impress his girlfriend…featuring food throwing bandits and other strange oddities. Also notable, this is my most popular episode to date.

Episode 4: Hitting The Textbooks (In Two Parts)
http://blip.tv/play/qSe7hVMC
http://blip.tv/play/qSe7hi4C

Probably even my least favorite episode of all. In this episode I reviewed the required reading for my classes at San Francisco State. After this episode, I decided to steer clear of the politics and take the show in a more universal direction. Plus, I think I came across as too angry in this episode and not enough funny. So consider yourself warned, and if you do enjoy it, that’s cool too.

Episode 5: Studying for the DMV
http://blip.tv/play/qSfClEYC

In this episode, I not only study for the DMV, but help out some prospective drivers by showing off DMV test answers. As an added bonus, I also review an online Flash game designed to emulate a driving test. With this material at my fingertips, it was a wonder that I ever passed the driver’s test.

Episode 6: The Top 11 Best Scares of Childhood
http://blip.tv/play/qSeBq%2BdpAg

This episode was show after the show went on a LONG hiatus. My first Halloween episode and crack at a top anything list. In this episode, I take a walk down nostalgia lane to look at the various movies and books that gave me a good scare when I was little. Might one of your childhood favorites end up on this list? See for yourself.

Warning: this episode is LOOOONG too.

Episode 7: Will Vinton’s Claymation Holidays (In Three Parts)
http://blip.tv/play/qSeBuZQHAg
http://blip.tv/play/qSeBzPpaAg
http://blip.tv/play/qSeB040_Ag

In this episode, I discussing the holiday specials of acclaimed clay animator Will Vinton. This time, I dive into both the good and bad of these particular holiday specials. This was made with the first portion airing last Christmas and the third and final portion airing in time for Easter this year.

Fun Fact: Surprisingly enough, this episode got the attention and appreciation of Will Vinton himself.

And finally:

Episode 8: “The Land Before Time” TV Series
http://www.blip.tv/file/3733588

This time, I was part of a large online collaboration with several others who do the exact same type of thing I do and we all took a shot at reviewing one of the many installments in the long running direct to video "Land Before Time" series. And guess who got stuck with the TV show?

So now that you’ve got a good and thorough introduction to the show, let me know what you guys think and leave any comments as a response. If you would like to suggest something for me to do in the future, what life subject I should dive into or what mediums that I should take a look at, feel free to do so as well. I’ve got more show ideas myself and I appreciate any feedback I can get.

Thanks and hope y’all enjoyed!

Episode 9: "Stitch! The Movie"
http://jaimetud.blip.tv/file/3927423/

It's time for another review for the kiddies! Out of all the infamous sequels in the Disney company's straight-to-video library, is "Stitch! The Movie" a worthy sequel to it's predecessor? The answer might surprise you.

Episode 10: "Shout! To The Music"
http://thatfellowinthecoat.com/jaimetudshout.php

Jaimetud recollects his summer job as a music director for a lesser known Off-Broadway play and pokes fun at the process of writing the music in this special, musical episode of "Jaimetud." Will some of your favorite songs from the sixties make an appearance here?

Update: 10-31-10

Episode 11: "Jaimetud and LT's Top Ten Horror Movies"
http://thatfellowinthecoat.com/jaimetudhorrormovies.php

It's Halloween and time to watch some horror flicks! Having trouble figuring out which ones to watch? Jaimetud's here to give you some of his favorites. But this much horror is too much for one filmmaker, so this time he's gonna call on a friend.

Episode 12: "Planet of the Apes"
http://thatfellowinthecoat.com/jaimetudplanetapes.php

To clarify, are you auditioning to get on this site, or is this just an advertisement of the show (spam)?

FYI: Jaimetud is now a contributor to my site. He's definitely not spamming.

Well, actually, this would be an audition to get on the site. I didn't think of it spamming, as I saw other people doing similar as I was, but yeah. Estefan knows me.

Sorry dude but I was bored out of my mind. I had to turn one video off and try another and then turn it off too. There is a narrow path of you tube greatness that squeezes between the boring and the annoying. Your videos strayed into the boring area about a half of a minute into each one. If you showed some energy it would help but dont become annoying like the nostalgia critic.
