I had a few other ideas for the ending, like the SAS Merc either saying the phrases "Ironic, isn't it?" or "You really are an uptight bastard, aren't you?" but him and the others lying on the ground, captured by the enemy troops and him cursing at Rambo for disobeying orders seemed funnier.
