Steam Refunds, Arkham Knight and Early Access Scams

With the recent removal of the “Batman: Arkham Knight” PC port by Warner Bros Interactive, it’s hard to argue that the Steam Refund policy is a bad thing. But when it comes to rampant customer abuse, all eyes should turn to Early Access.
